Colombian Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs visits India

The Vice Foreign Minister Monica Lanzetta Mutis, met with a group of Indian businessmen interested in investing in Colombia, The Vice minister talked about investment opportunities in Colombia. The meeting was attended by the CEOs of the companies in chemical, fertilizer, mining, energy, hydrocarbons and hospitality services. viz. Hinduja Group , Punj Lloyd Group, Ell Bee Hospitality Worldwide, United Phosphorus and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce - FICCI.

Vice Minister Lanzetta  made a presentation on Colombia's Foreign Policy towards Asia, during her visit to one of the most important think tanks in New Delhi, the Observer Research Foundation- ORF. She also met with the President of ORF, Mr. M. Rasgotra, former Foreign Secretary. She also  held a meeting with Tara Gandhi, grand-daughter of Mahatma Gandhi, and laid a wreath in memory of the Father of Nation and met some dignitaries from Indian Government such as the Honorable Minister of Science and Technology of India Mr. Vilasrao Deshmukh and the Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs at New Delhi.
