ASSISTANT – 1 (one)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Indian companies and entrepreneurs in identifying potential partners and business opportunities; Support business delegations from India to Colombia and vice versa; Manage business databases, regularly feed updates to trade portals/bodies/associations in India;Generate commercial reports; Outreach, initiate and maintain an active client contacts list for trade fairs/ exhibitions/seminars/meetings; Website management and designing

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in business related course; Additional qualification and experience will be advantage; Experience in trade or international business development; Advanced knowledge of office applications, databases and internet; Personal drive, good customer relations skills;

ASSISTANT – 1 (one)

Key Responsibilities: Visa, passport and consular related work, applying the relevant legislation and policy to make lawful and fair decisions; Provide high level of client service. Liaise with clients, organizations and relevant agencies. Explain Indian visa requirements and decisions to clients, their advisors and the general public; Organise and take responsibility for own work load; Attend telephone calls and receive the visitors.

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree; Additional qualification and experience will be advantage; An understanding or an ability to quickly acquire an understanding of the immigration and citizenship framework of India; Ability to use a variety of technology and computer systems; Experience preparing reports and correspondence.

ASSISTANT – 1 (one)

Key Responsibilities:

Draft letters, verbal notes and other kinds of formal communication; Ensure specific reception and hosting support for external visitors; Organize and update contact lists; Prepare briefing materials and presentations prior to external meetings; Protocol, Establishment and administrative support

Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree; Additional qualification and experience will be advantage; Advanced knowledge of office applications, databases and internet; Personal drive, good customer relations skills, excellent written and oral communication.
